OTHER HELPFUL LINKS ABOUT BREATHWORK: About the Integrative Breathwork process An interview with Jacquelyn Small and Guy Spiro on the Integrative Breathwork Process Testimonials from Workshop Participants
|
Everything is dramatically changing, including you and me! Many of us feel we are "hanging in the dangle," caught between one world that is rapidly dissolving and one that hasn't yet taken form. But the good news is: The soul never forgets its original intention, for we are spiritual beings learning to be human! So, at critical times such as these, Spirit prevails and carries us through whatever we must undergo to heal and transform. The new life is coming in through our own minds and hearts. Therefore, we are experiencing a "quickening" that is birthing the new human. And it's crucial to remember this: Integrative Breathwork is an ancient spiritual practice, yet newly discovered in modern Western psychology. Integrative Breathwork is a powerful healer that opens the psyche by removing us from our ordinary state of consciousness where we are anchored in how we hear and perceive. By utilizing the breath and evocative music to alter these factors, the ego recedes, and participants are able to access their rich, deep, inner resources for healing and guidance. |
